I truly love the product
"I truly love the product itself; however, I am extremely disappointed because it was delivered without the customization that I paid for and specifically selected during checkout. In addition, I have sent three separate emails regarding this issue and have not yet received a response. I completely understand that things can get busy, but I would greatly appreciate an update as soon as possible. Please let me know how this can be resolved, whether through a corrected replacement, refund for the customization, or another appropriate solution."
